men and women in this world

Men and women are equal.....that is for sure ,but in this world men are those that make the important decisions .Why that??.....are not women smart enough ,are not women active enough ??there can be many reasons .
Are women that can do men work ,phisycal and intelectual,are women that can dominate and others that are dominated .

So........in this world what is the woman place??.....I am courios to see some opinions about it

Let's agree all of us in this truth: Woman and man are not the same, without doubt . They are not the same phisycaly , this is sure , but there is no differences in their brains , so logically both of them can think and be active , so woman can be intelligent exactly like man can be .

Woman can work and do the same jobs of man whether intellectually or phisycally -expect some of course which need a lot of power and we know that women are weaker - so there is no limitation in woman'ability.

In the issue of domination , in a past times is true that woman was a victim to the power of man , but I think this is over now , this domination cross an end with getting woman all her rights.

We can't deny the importance of woman nowadays, whether in going outside to work ,and help in advancing economy and acheiving a brighter future to the country, or staing at home taking care of her family and doing her best to well educate her children and taking care of her husband , in both cases , woman has a very important role.

I think that any limiting to woman's value is an anfair thinking.
